Only what you type into the contact form: your email address and your message. Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and stores nothing in your browser.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical request data any web server sees, such as your IP address, in order to serve and protect the site.

We use your address and message solely to read your enquiry and reply to it. Under the GDPR this rests on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not send marketing and do not sell or share your data.

The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form-relay service operating in the United States. Your message passes through their systems on the way to our inbox, and they retain a copy for up to 30 days under their own policy before deleting it. Submitting the form therefore transfers your data to the United States.

If you would rather not use the form, email us directly at the address above.

Your message stays in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and no longer than two years, after which it is deleted.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
